In a nutshell

From the front you'd struggle to tell them apart. Same 6.2-inch 120Hz screen, same three cameras, same 4000mAh battery and 25W charging. The S25 swaps the UK S24's Exynos 2400 for a Snapdragon 8 Elite with 12GB of RAM, adds Wi-Fi 7 and is 5g lighter.

The S24 suits you if you want a compact Samsung flagship and you mostly message, browse and snap. The S25 suits you if you want more memory, the newer chip, or updates until 2032 rather than 2031.
