We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we want to ensure a seamless and transparent process for your peace of mind.

 

RETURNS WINDOW 

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

To qualify for a refund/exchange you will have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order back to us.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original accessories and packaging included. We are unable to accept returns that do not meet this criteria, unless it’s faulty or we've made a mistake.

 

CREATING A RETURN

We believe in making returns as convenient and hassle-free as possible for our customers, which is why we offer a prepaid return service. If you aren’t 100% happy with your device, you can return it back to us and we’ll find it a good home. No quibbles. No strings.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal here and follow the step-by-step instructions provided to generate your prepaid label.

Once you have generated your prepaid label, carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

We recommend that you keep hold of your proof of return receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed. We are not held liable for returned parcels that are lost in transit, and we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if you don't have your proof of return receipt.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

When we’ve received your return, we’ll aim to process your refund or exchange within 3 working days from the date of receipt. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow between 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear back on your account.

If you requested an exchange, we’ll refund you in store credit and provide you with your E-Gift card code via email. Once you've received your code - head over to our website to purchase to your new device.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, so if we don’t have your device in stock, we'll refund the full order value to the original payment method used. 

If you've returned an order that was paid for with an E-Gift card, a replacement E-Gift card for the amount will be issued to you via email.

If you’ve returned an order that was paid for using a combination of debit/credit card and an E-Gift card, we'll refund anything that you paid for on your debit/credit card first, and then the remaining amount will be issued as a new E-Gift card.
