What does refurbished Pixel 4 mean?

There’s lots of confusion about refurbished and what it means, so we've put together a handy guide here to explain in detail. Generally, it means a used Pixel 4 has been repaired by the manufacturer or professional refurbisher and restored to its original or great condition. There are however differences between refurbished and certified preowned, at reboxedⓇ, we sell both. 

What does certified pre-owned Pixel 4 mean?

Certified pre-owned means our devices have had a previous owner, but has been TechCheck® certified and tested by our expert engineers. A certified pre-owned Pixel may have either been used for a while, have some signs of use or could be an open boxed phone returned back to the original seller. The key difference between certified pre-owned and refurbished is that there has been little to no technical work or repairs undergone on that device.
