What does certified pre-owned AirPods Pro mean?
Certified pre-owned means our devices have had a previous owner, but has been TechCheck® certified and tested by our expert engineers. A certified pre-owned iphone may have either been used for a while, have some signs of use or could be an open boxed phone returned back to the original seller. The key difference between certified pre-owned and refurbished is that there has been little to no technical work or repairs undergone on that device.
