If you place your order before 12PM BST on Friday, we'll ensure that your order is dispatched the same day.

Need your tech in a hurry? Don't worry, we've got you covered! If you place your order before 12PM BST (Monday to Thursday) we'll ensure that your order is dispatched on the same day.
If your order is placed after 12PM BST on Friday, or on the weekend it will be dispatched on the next working day.

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if you don’t see our email in your main inbox.
All purchases for phone cases + screen protectors might be dispatched to you separately via an untracked Royal Mail 3-5 working days service.
We will always do our best to meet the delivery time frames indicated above. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred after we’ve shipped your order.
